Job Title: Compliance Manager - Credit Card Division
Location: Hybrid (Outside Philadelphia Corporate Office)
Salary: Up to $125,000/year
We've partnered with a top-ten bank to find a skilled Compliance Manager to join their Credit Card Division. In this critical role, you will lead the conversion of the private label card servicing team to an internal servicing team, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in credit card compliance, project management, and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the transition of the private label card servicing team to an internal servicing team while ensuring all processes comply with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the project from initiation through to completion, ensuring all timelines, compliance measures, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, IT, and other departments to maintain alignment on regulatory compliance requirements throughout the transition process.
- Use Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage tasks, and document compliance processes.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving credit card compliance regulations and industry best practices to ensure the organization's operations remain in full compliance.
- Create and maintain detailed reports for senior management regarding compliance status, project progress, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project, managing expectations and addressing any potential issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within the credit card or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of credit card compliance regulations, including industry standards, federal laws, and regulatory bodies (e.g., CFPB, OCC).
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
- Project management experience, including the ability to lead complex projects, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or compliance (e.g., CRCM).
- Experience with internal servicing teams or credit card servicing conversions is a plus.
