Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus Potential
A rapidly growing life & annuities firm is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support its growing regulatory needs and ensure they maintain the highest standards of compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- SERFF Filings & Product Registrations: Manage and submit filings via SERFF, ensuring that all product registrations are accurate and timely.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitor and communicate critical regulatory changes and developments to the executive board, keeping leadership informed on compliance matters.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including legal and product teams, to ensure seamless compliance with state and federal regulations.
