Corporate Governance Specialist
A Growing Private Investment Firm is looking for a Corporate Governance Specialist based in Stamford, CT. The opportunity is looking for an individual with experience in AML/KYC to work with the legal team on a broad range of matters relating to company processes, compliance, corporate transactions, and general corporate projects. You will oversee and monitor the entire KYC process and work closely with the Legal, Treasury, and Tax teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience with banking or financial industry and/or law firm.
- Experience in sophisticated AML/KYC.
