Salary: $80,000 - $130,000
Company Description: An international Investment Bank with a global presence, is looking to bring on a talented Corporate Paralegal to their team in their Utah office. This is a growing firm looking for additional legal support to work hand in hand with the Chief Legal Officer.
The Paralegal will be responsible for:
- Research and assist in administrative procedures for arbitration hearings
- Draft documents and prepare exhibits for transactional acquisitions of business entities
- Perform due diligence and background work for hearings (both administrative and court)
- Organize financial data related to transactions
- Assist with other legal projects as directed by the Chief Legal Officer
The Paralegal should have the following qualifications:
- Paralegal Certification
- 2-5+ Years of Experience as a Paralegal
- Experience in Excel and other Corporate Platforms
