As the Corporate Compliance Manager, you will manage the organization's corporate compliance and policy program, while staying up to date on regulatory and legislative changes. The Corporate Compliance Manager will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and upkeep of the Company's framework for managing policies and procedures.
- Ensuring alignment of policies and procedures with the Company's ethical values, goals, and objectives.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and devising risk management strategies to address identified risks.
- Developing and maintaining an effective communication strategy to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance policies and procedures by all employees, including providing training programs on compliance matters.
- Using strong project management and organizational skills to design, implement, and manage the Company's corporate compliance monitoring program, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
The Corporate Compliance Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Law, Business, or Accounting. A post graduate degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of compliance software.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate compliance or privacy.
- Able to collaborate effectively with other teams.
