A global manufacturing company is looking to add on a second legal hire. An internationally trusted supplier and trader, my client is looking for a hardworking, collaborative individual with strong transaction experience to assist the General Counsel and company as a whole.
This position operates on a Hybrid model. 3 days a week in office.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate any and all commercial transactions including sales, supplier, IT, manufacturing, M&A, and more
- Perform M&A due diligence
- Give legal advice across multiple business functions
- Work with the sales, advertising and marketing, regulatory and compliance, and business teams
Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school
- 8+ years of legal experience. In-house experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, supply chain, or related fields
- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- 3 days a week in St. Louis office
