The preferred candidate should have significant experience in Texas State Court and federal court proceedings, including serving as first or second chair in jury trials, handling appellate court cases, participating in administrative agency proceedings, managing non-compete and discrimination cases under both federal and Texas laws. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in handling litigation matters comprehensively, from drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery processes, drafting and presenting motions, conducting depositions, engaging in mediations and trials, to working directly with clients.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience of employment litigation
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree: Completion of law school and possession of a J.D. degree from an accredited institution
- Admission to the Texas Bar
