A leading Health System is looking to bring on a Hospital Operations Counsel in their Fort Worth, TX or Kansas City, KS office. In this position, you will provide counsel on medical staffing issues, Fraud and Abuse, matters related to CMS and the Joint Commission, and all other healthcare regulatory matters.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 8+ years of Labor experience.
- Barred in good standing in the state of Texas or Kansas.
