This unique role is ideal for an entrepreneurial and creative legal professional eager to guide multinational companies in navigating their labor and employment challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run cases from beginning to end and must have experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of international employment issues..
- Collaborate with clients of all sizes to address their employment needs.
- Help organizations craft global codes of conduct, employment handbooks, and policies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with global companies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and a valid license to practice law in your respective U.S. location, in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. labor and employment law
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
