Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Litigator with extensive experience in handling cases involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment litigation matters, with a focus on restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, and trade secret disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on employment-related matters, including the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial.
- Stay current with developments in employment law and related regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with emloyment litigation
- Strong litigation experience with a familiarity in employment/restrictive covenants/trade secrets law
- Experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ESI discovery
- Admission to the Arizona Bar
