My Client is seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel on labor and employment matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Manage and defend complex employment-related litigation in federal and state courts, as well as administrative proceedings before the EEOC and other agencies.
- Provide risk assessment and counseling to clients on EPLI policies, coverage issues, and best practices to mitigate liability
- Conduct mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations in employment-related disputes
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues and complaints.
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 8+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong background in defending EPLI claims and advising insurers on coverage matters.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
