Title: Labor Relations Attorney
Salary: $150,000 - $280,000

The ideal Labor Relations candidate has close experience with labor laws and is looking to join a dynamic team ready to grow. Labor Relations Responsibilities:
- Advise management on labor relations issues, including compliance with National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other relevant legislation.
- Represent the clients in negotiations with labor unions, including collective bargaining and grievance hearings.
- Reviewing client's labor relations practices, policies, and compliance with labor laws.
Labor Relations Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing license in AL
- Experience 2-8 years of experience in labor relations or employment law
- Ability to travel
