Labor Relations Attorney Responsibilities:
- Representing clients across various sectors on issues related to employment and labor law
- Providing expert counsel regarding collective bargaining agreements, employee grievances, arbitrations, and union practices
- Litigating cases before administrative agencies as well as federal courts
Labor Relations Attorney Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of labor law: An intricate knowledge pertaining specifically to this field.
- Proficiency in Litigation: Ability to not only understand but adeptly navigate through litigation processes independently.
- Expertise with Firms: Familiarity working in a fast paced law firm environment
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must possess 6+ years of labor law experience, and have extensive experience advising clients on labor relations.
