Summary: This organization is seeking a skilled labor relations attorney to join its dynamic team. They are dedicated to providing expert legal services in labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting businesses as they navigate complex regulatory landscapes, offering strategic guidance on union relations, grievance procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Labor Attorney Responsibilities:
- Advise and support clients in developing strategies for union organizing campaigns.
- Provide training and counseling for clients on traditional labor laws, union relations, and best practices in employee management.
- Represent clients in grievance arbitration proceedings, advocating for their interests and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
- Assist clients in drafting labor policies and collective bargaining agreements to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Labor Attorney Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Labor & Employment, with an emphasis in Labor Relations.
- Strong Academic credentials.
- Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in state of residence.
- Candidates residing only in the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Alabama.
