Key Responsibilities:
- Lead trial and arbitration preparation, including developing trial strategies, drafting motions, and managing discovery.
- Conduct depositions and oversee discovery management processes.
- Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective case strategies and solutions.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
- Provide clear and effective communication with clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligible to waive into the D.C. bar without examination.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in white-collar litigation or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in trial/arbitration preparation, including motion practice and discovery management.
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
