My client is a mid-sized hedge fund in Singapore looking for an Operations associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all trades are accurately settled and reconciled
Perform daily reconciliation of trades and portfolio positions between in-house systems and external parties.
Review and interpret term sheets to ensure accurate understanding of investment terms and conditions.
Generate daily performance reports for analysts and portfolio managers.
Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide operational support to the front office, including trade execution and monitoring.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in buy side operations
