A leading Health System is looking to bring on a Counsel focused on Managed Care matters. In this position, you will advise on managed care payor agreements, provide counsel on regulatory matters, and advise on pre-litigation matters, analyzing disputes regarding managed care agreements.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of in payor/provider matters, as well as fraud and abuse and anti-trust issues.
- Barred in good standing.
