Professional Liability Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in professional liability matters, including defending malpractice claims, regulatory investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist with case preparation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and attend hearings.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service.
Professional Liability Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the state bar in MA.
- 3+ years of experience in professional liability defense, legal malpractice defense, or related practice areas (e.g. insurance defense, complex litigation).
- A strong sense of professionalism and commitment to delivering the highest level of client service.
