We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead the regulatory strategy for our performance materials division. This critical role will focus on ensuring our cutting-edge products, including coatings and lubricants, meet both market and legal requirements. As the primary point of contact for all regulatory matters, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to drive compliance and ensure operational success. You'll lead a dedicated team of two regulatory specialists while playing a key role in the company's overall regulatory strategy and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the regulatory strategy for performance materials, ensuring products meet global market and legal requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues to support R&D, marketing, and commercial teams throughout all stages of ideation and commercialization for monographed products and performance materials, including those under USP/NF, FCC, and products governed by US EPA TSCA.
- Directly manage a team of two reports.
- Ensure regulatory documentation and processes are managed effectively.
Qualifications:
- 10+ YOE with a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ YOE with Masters or PHD.
- In-depth experience in performance solutions is a must.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing company is essential.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing direct reports, with strong leadership and communication skills.
