We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory and Quality Senior Manager of Personal Care to lead the regulatory and quality control strategy for our personal chemicals care division. This critical role will focus on ensuring our cutting-edge products, including cosmetics, meet both market and legal requirements. You'll lead a dedicated team of five specialists while playing a key role in the company's overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the regulatory and quality strategy for raw materials, including cosmetics.
- Directly manage a team of five reports.
- Ensure regulatory documentation and processes are managed effectively.
Qualifications:
- 10+ YOE with a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ YOE with Masters or PHD.
- In-depth experience in regulatory and quality control is a must.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing company is essential.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing direct reports, with strong leadership and communication skills.
