An award-winning FinTech looking to bring on a Relationship Manager to the New York City team. This position will supervise both new and existing relationships in the firm's growing book of business across the investment advisory space.
Title: Relationship Manager
Location: New York City (hybrid model)
Salary: $80,000-$110,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with Sales and Investor Relations teams to build and maintain client relationships
- Synthesize complex financial products and explanations into easily communicable information for clients
- Manage onboarding of new clientele and provide account maintenance post-sale when needed
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to share client feedback helpful in continuous improvement of the firm's product
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Must hold a Series 7 license (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- At least 3 years' experience in a client-facing role at a financial services firm
- Experience in traditional finance alone is acceptable so long as candidates can clearly verbalize their interest in the FinTech space
