The REMOTE Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counsel and representation to clients in complex employment litigation cases, including issues such as wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
- Manage and handle all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery to motions practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters, ensuring effective legal strategies and successful outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to their specific business needs, advising on employment law risks and potential litigation challenges.
- Stay informed on changes and developments in labor and employment law, ensuring that clients' strategies and practices are up-to-date and compliant with evolving legal requirements
The REMOTE Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- 3-8+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and class action litigation.
- Law firm experience required, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex employment law cases from start to finish, including discovery, motion practice, and trial.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, with the ability to adapt strategies to changes in legal landscapes.
- Excellent legal writing and research skills, with the ability to draft clear, compelling legal documents such as motions, briefs, and client communications
