REMOTE Labor and Employment Counsel
Salary: $150,000-$230,000

The REMOTE Labor and Employment Counsel Responsibilities:
- Representing client interests in all stages of the litigation process.
- Provide guidance to clients to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Draft legal documents and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure strategies remain current.
The REMOTE Labor and Employment Counsel Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in labor and employment.
- Must be barred in the State you reside.
- Law firm experience required.
