Senior Compliance Advisory Manager - Community Reinvestment Act
Our client, one of America's largest banking groups, is looking to hire an experienced Compliance professional at a Senior Manager / Senior VP level to provide specialist Compliance advice and guidance to senior leaders and key members of the firms substantial Consumer Banking business with a focus on the Consumer Reinvestment Act - CRA. The firm are one of America's largest banking groups whose US presence continues to go from strength to strength. The Consumer Banking business has been identified as a growth area of the firm as such, this role is the first of several new hires to be signed off in this group.
You will report directly into the Director Consumer Banking Compliance.

- Providing specialist Compliance Advice on CRA to key stakeholders and senior leaders in the Consumer Banking business focusing among others, Controls as well as Policy & Procedures.
- Developing and Implementing Compliance Programs.
- Working closely with Consumer Bank business leaders to implement Policies and Regulatory initiatives
- Developing CRA related Controls for the Consumer Bank
- Leading the preparation of Regulatory Exams.

- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant Compliance experience in a Consumer Bank.
- Subject Matter Expertise in CRA programs is essential.
- Knowledge of CRA related Credit and Investment products.
