A prestige client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in commercial litigation and personal injury to join our Litigation business unit. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both commercial/insurance defense litigation and personal injury cases, bringing strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct substantive trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, including full file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in commercial litigation and personal injury cases.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Utilize discovery software and other legal technology tools to manage and analyze case information.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of commercial/insurance defense litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury.
- Proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom settings.
- Strong academic credentials and a solid work ethic.
- Exceptional research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
