The ideal candidate will have experience handling labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and other labor relations issues. This role involves extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel, making it an ideal fit for attorneys who are proactive and passionate about providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent employers in labor arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, and union campaigns.
- Handle unfair labor practice charges and related proceedings before governmental agencies.
- Advise clients on labor relations strategy and compliance with labor laws.
- Provide excellent written and oral advocacy in labor-related matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
- A minimum of 4 years of labor law experience, with extensive exposure to labor relations matters.
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing and analytical skills.
