Labor and Employment Attorney
Salary: $200,000-$300,000

You will play a key role in handling employment cases exclusively, helping clients with nuanced legal issues. The Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Work closely with partners, senior associates, and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
The Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of employment litigation experience.
- Must be barred in Massachusetts.
- Prior law firm experience required.
