We have partnered with a growing Health Tech organization in search of an Associate General Counsel. This company offers a Health Information Exchange system built for organizations to support data management and improve patient care. This National Health Tech group is growing and looking for a Counsel to be the face of the legal team in their Philadelphia offices. Main responsibilities will include contracting, transactional work, regulatory and compliance as well as litigation. You will get in on the ground floor with a growing legal team, be mentored by senior leadership, work directly with executive teams on strategy, and gain great exposure in house.
Responsibilities
- Litigation
- Act as Head of Legal department for Ohio office
- Respond to any legal inquiries from other branches
- Advise on contracts, regulatory and transactions
Qualifications
- JD from Accredited University
- In good standing with the Ohio State Bar.
- 2-3 years of corporate and litigation work
