Senior Corporate Counsel/Associate General Counsel - B2B SaaS

We are partnered on a Senior Level Counsel (title: Senior Corporate Counsel or AGC) search with a B2B SaaS company. This company has significant revenue and a global employee footprint. The role will report into the General Counsel and receive significant exposure across the executive leadership team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the Commercial Legal function and supporting everything across SaaS, sales, licensing, MSA's, NDA's, etc.
- Supporting/leading the privacy legal function (ideal candidate has significant experience and not just some exposure to privacy)
- Supporting general legal matters globally across several different jurisdictions
- Support Compliance and general corporate functions, including employment, governance, and M&A
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of legal experience (ideally a mix of law firm and in-house within SaaS industry)
- JD required
- Experience working in a global legal role
