Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare law
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide practical solutions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare law
- Prior in-house counsel or law firm experience preferred
