Job Title: Associate General Counsel - Healthcare
Location: Rolla, MO - 1.5 hr outside of St. Louis, MO
My client is looking for an experienced In-House Legal Counsel with a passion for contract law in the healthcare industry. As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing various contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and employment contracts, to ensure legal soundness and benefit.
In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with different stakeholders, including healthcare providers, vendors, and employees. Your negotiation skills will be essential in meeting both parties' needs effectively, ensuring that the contractual terms are favorable to the company.
In addition to contract management and negotiation, you will maintain a focus on healthcare regulatory matters, ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all activities and processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong contract skills, with a deep understanding of contract law and experience in reviewing and managing contracts. You must also possess contract negotiation expertise, with a proven track record of successful negotiations and the ability to navigate complex contractual terms.
In addition, healthcare regulatory knowledge is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
