A leading Health System and Research Organization in New York City is looking to bring on an Associate General Counsel for their Ambulatory Network division. In this position, you will oversee all physician employment matters, advising on compensation arrangements, Fraud and Abuse, Fair Market Value memos and analyses, and FQHC matters.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise contract process for physician faculty employment agreements.
- Cross-functional collaboration regarding contract drafting and reviewing.
- Negotiating with opposing counsel on ambulatory contracts.
- Advise on Fraud and Abuse, Fair Market Value, and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 6-8 years of experience with physician contracting matters.
- Barred in good standing in the state of New York.
