As a Business Litigation Associate, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex business disputes, commercial litigation, and related legal matters.
Business Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and other case-related documents.
- Manage diverse caseload, coordinating all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, research, and discovery.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and outside experts to achieve favorable outcomes.
Business Litigation Associate Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California Bar (or ability to gain admission within a reasonable time frame)
- 1+ years of experience
- Clerkship experience is preferred
