Remote Claims Management & Coverage Counsel
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Management & Coverage Counsel to join our team in New York City. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals with expertise in insurance defense, particularly across various specialty and professional lines of insurance including intellectual property issues within the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on claims, coverage analysis, and risk management.
- Evaluate complex liability situations involving professional liability, employment disputes real estate liabilities among others.
- Independently manage a claims caseload, from claim notification through resolution.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3+ years of legal practice experience in the insurance area
