My client is a leading and growing Tech Firm and we are recruiting for a Commercial Counsel.
- Provide legal and regulatory advice on commercial, corporate, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, procurement, legal templates, and policies.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring compliance across key markets.
- Identify legal risks and propose preventive solutions.
- Develop materials for internal legal training and support company growth and new initiatives.
- Manage global IP strategies, including trademarks, patents, and data protection.
- Collaborate with external counsel on disputes and work with authorities on trust and safety.
- Oversee data protection and privacy compliance, serving as Group Data Protection Officer.
