We are partnered with a well-established national client looking to bring on a remote Commercial Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience within complex commercial litigation, reside in Florida with an active Florida bar license, and have judicial clerkship experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough factual investigations and manage discovery processes
- Manage administrative matters and engage in arbitration processes as needed
- Take and manage depositions
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Handle litigation matters in both state and federal courts
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience in state and federal court
- Reside in FL with an active FL bar license
- J.D. from an accredited university with excellent academic credentials
