Larson Maddox is partnered with a major name in the Data Center and Digital Infrastructure space. This company is looking to higher a mid-level Contracts focused Counsel to support a wide variety of customer facing and sales focused contracts. This role is fully remote and will work closely with senior members of the legal department.
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, vendor contracts, real estate contracts, leasing, etc.) and ensure business and compliance needs are reflected
- Advise vendors, clients, internal teams and corporate affiliates globally
- Improve and implement contract procedures and templates
- Assist with routine corporate documentation
Requirements:
- JD and active bar license from one US state
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience (in-house required; JD 2019 or earlier)
- Data center experience strongly preferred
