A leading Health System in Philadelphia is looking to bring on a PBM Counsel. In this position, you will provide counsel 340B Contract Pharmacy matters, PBM matters, specialty pharmacy regulations, pharmaceutical product procurement work, medical reimbursement matters, and Antikickback.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 6+ years of 340B/PBM Legal experience.
- Barred in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
