A large multi-strat fund is seeking a Control Room professional to join the team and report to the Head of Control Room in a role focused on MNPI, maintance of lists, and interacting with business leaders regarding conflicts. The opportunity will also involve interaction with a parent company and the candidate would gain exposure to both businesses at the senior level. The role will be interacting closely with the legal team on any deal-related issues as well.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a control room enviornment with exposure to MNPI, restricted lists, and conflicts
- Experience working in a dynamic environment
- Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders and business leaders on compliance issues and escalations
- JD and asset management experience a plus
