Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise clients on equity financing strategies, including venture capital, private equity, and public offerings.
- Oversee divestiture processes, providing strategic legal guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide expert counsel on corporate governance matters, including board advisory, compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications:
