A Global Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a driven, collaborative, and energetic Corporate Counsel. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for:
- Advise on a variety of general corporate and life sciences agreements and transactional matters.
- Have extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including licensing agreements, supply, distribution and manufacturing agreements.
- Engaging with related teams and partners within the organization to effectively manage business and legal matters and risks.
- Experience supporting laws and regulations, including anti-kickback statutes, and HIPAA.
The Corporate Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) with 3+ years of experience.
- A member and in good standing of any state bar.
- In depth experience advising on Healthcare Laws and Regulations within the life sciences industry.
