We are partnered with a Hospitality leader who owns thousands of properties across the globe. This company operates under a variety of brands offering its customers unique experiences that cater to each individual and destination.
This client is looking for a Corporate Counsel with the main responsibility of incorporating the latest technology to drive the company to further growth. This will involve working with the business on a global scale to partner on internal systems, cybersecurity, and supporting technology like generative AI.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate legal agreements concerning technology, hardware, systems, and other commercial-related documents
- Work closely with InfoSec and Compliance and advice on various data privacy and data security matters
- Counsel management on legal risks and issues that impact the business
- Manage outside counsel as needed
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school with admission to state bar
- 4-10 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house
- In-house experience preferred
