The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, and corporate governance. This role will sit in Philadelphia, PA in a hybrid structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise clients on commercial transactions and joint venture activities.
- Provide expert counsel on corporate governance matters, including board advisory, compliance, and risk management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
