We are partnered with a healthcare organization that provides dental & medical support with a prominent presence in Southern California. The position will work closely alongside senior legal counsel and other paralegals.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal/transactional documents
- Entity Formation/Maintenance
- Government Agency Filings, including UCC filings
- Corresponding with healthcare partners, operations partners, and clinicians for documentation/records
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Paralegal Certification
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Healthcare experience is preferred
