An Industry-Leading Crypto Firm is looking to bring on a Senior Legal Counsel to advise and help structure the firm's blockchain technology business. This individual will have significant Crypto/Product experience and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international laws and crypto laws as well as furthur contributing to the development of the business. The Senior Counsel with work directly with the firm's founders and will have direct exposure to C-Suite executives both in the U.S. and abroad.
Qualifications of the Senior Counsel:
- J.D., top law school
- 4+ years of experience at an international law firm, in-house experince in crypto or blockchain preferred
- Experience directing their own deals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Global experience
- KNowledge of the crypto and tech industry
