We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic and innovative legal team. This role is ideal for a litigator with 3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery, with a focus on preservation strategies, motion briefing, arguing motions, conducting meet and confers, working with experts, and advising clients. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with litigation experience to provide clear, actionable solutions in the evolving eDiscovery landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead eDiscovery matters and drive client strategy in complex litigation.
- Develop and implement effective preservation strategies and manage discovery disputes.
- Draft, file, and argue motions related to eDiscovery and data management.
- Facilitate meet and confer discussions and collaborate with opposing counsel to resolve discovery-related issues.
- Work with technical experts to advance client positions in litigation.
- Provide strategic legal and technical counsel to clients, ensuring alignment between legal objectives and technical requirements.
- Engage with industry organizations and contribute to thought leadership in the eDiscovery space.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of eDiscovery litigation experience.
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, technologies, and challenges.
- Proven ability to communicate complex legal and technological concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in drafting motions, conducting meet and confers, and providing client counsel on eDiscovery matters.
- Affiliation with relevant industry organizations or experience in labor and employment law is a plus.
