Elite Prop Trading - Reg Attorney

Our Client is a Leading Prop Trading Firm in Chicago looking for the following attorney to join their expanding team!

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Offer legal guidance on U.S. regulatory issues (SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA).
• Keep track of and provide advice on new regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Work with compliance and risk management teams to address regulatory risks.
• Review and negotiate regulatory aspects of agreements.
• Assist with various in-house legal matters (corporate governance, contracts, IP, employment law, dispute resolution)

Your Skills and Experience:

• Over 8 years of legal expertise in financial services, specializing in regulatory matters.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, with admission to at least one state bar.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. financial regulations (SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA) and experience interacting with regulatory agencies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
