We are partnered with a reputable client seeking an Employment Attorney to join their team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in employment litigation and will play a critical role in managing a variety of matters, including wage and hour collective actions, class actions, and single-plaintiff cases. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a solid foundation in employment law to expand their experience and take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
* Manage single-plaintiff cases and contribute significantly to complex litigation
* Work collaboratively with partners on case strategy and tactics
* Draft and edit briefs, motions, and other legal documents
* Take and defend depositions
* Advise and counsel clients on increasingly complex employment law issues
* Handle substantial trial work as required
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
* 3+ years of litigation experience with an employment law background
* Admission to the Minnesota bar
* Strong teamwork skills and collaborative approach to practice
