My Client is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-6 years of litigation experience to join their Cleveland office. Labor and employment experience is preferred, and the candidate must be licensed to practice law in Ohio immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of labor and employment matters, including litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Labor (DOL).
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on workforce management, employee relations, and labor matters.
- Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and case management plans.
- Maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality legal advice and client service.
- Stay current on changes to labor and employment law, ensuring clients remain compliant with evolving regulations.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
