Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and executing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Developing and implementing estate, gift, and tax planning strategies
- Assisting with probate and trust administration
- Collaborating with financial advisors, tax professionals, and other stakeholders in the estate planning process
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in New York
- At least 5-7+ years of experience in estate and trust planning and administration
- Strong background in estate planning and in-depth understanding of wills and trusts
- Passion for helping clients plan for their future and navigate complex estate matters
